Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use tdstudios.shop or buy from TD Studios, a small business based in Chicago, Illinois. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Every sign is made by hand in our Chicago studio, so small variations from the photos are normal. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are listed on each product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page and in your bag. Shipping is free on US orders over $35. Below that it is calculated at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.

Orders

You'll get an email confirming your order. If we can't fill an order, for example because a colour has run out, we'll tell you and refund you in full. We may cancel and refund an order that looks fraudulent or was placed at a clearly mistaken price.

Custom signs

For a custom sign, we print the text you enter, as you enter it, so please check the spelling. You confirm you have the right to use that text. We may decline text that is hateful, harassing or infringes someone else's rights, and will refund you if we do.

Shipping and returns

Handling times, delivery times and our 30-day return policy are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right.

Discount codes

Little Sign Club codes are single-use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are applied at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.

Our designs

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to TD Studios. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.

Liability

Our signs are decorative. They are not safety signs and are not meant for use as one. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes and contact
