✶ WHAT WE KEEP, AND WHY ✶

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026.

TD Studios is a one-person studio in Chicago, Illinois, run by Sam. This page explains what information tdstudios.shop collects, what it is used for, and who it is shared with. We do not sell your personal information.

When you place an order

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, shipping address, what you ordered and any gift message or custom sign text, and use them to make, ship and support your order.

To ship, your name and address are passed to EasyPost to buy a USPS label, and to USPS to deliver the parcel. Order confirmations and tracking emails are sent through Brevo.

When you join the Little Sign Club or make an account

We keep your email address (and your name, for an account) so we can send your discount code, the occasional email about new signs, and let you sign in. Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us and we'll take you off the list.

When you browse

Your browser stores your bag, any discount code you've entered and your sign-in session on your own device (local storage), so they're still there when you come back.

We count visits, product views and add-to-bag clicks to see which signs people like. This uses a random ID your browser makes up, not your name or email.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads. Meta may set cookies and receive information about the pages you visit here and the purchases you make. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and returns. Mailing-list and account details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sam@tdstudiosshop.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Some order records may have to be kept where the law requires it.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
